West Hill College: Founder & Ownership:

Mr. Issam El Kadi, the school Principal, had been a secondary English teacher for more than ten years. After working for twelve years in the insurance sector, he decided to pursue his passion in teaching. In 1984, Mr. El Kadi built the school and with clear-thinking and determination he decided to make it a learning center in the community.

Being a strong-willed man, Mr. El Kadi kept the school going even during rough times. West Hill graduates learn that perseverance, strenght of will, and hope are the basics for success. Like its founder, the school's development path never seized. Its professional vision is guided by clear objectives and plans.
